Return & Refund Policy.

Our returns window, eligibility rules, and how refunds are processed once an item is received back.

We aim to deliver products that meet the highest quality standards. However, if you face any issues, we're here to help.

Return eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Non-returnable items

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during special clearance or sale (if specified)

Return process

  1. Email us at SALUTOINDIA@GMAIL.COM with your Order ID and product images/videos showing the issue.
  2. Our team will verify and approve the request within 48 hours.
  3. Reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to location).

Refund policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection.
  • Prepaid orders: refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders: refund via bank transfer or store credit.
